Tools and raw materials

Manufacturing process is done with:

• shearing and bending machines of 6m and 3m width;
• jigs for subassemblies and automated jig for general assembling;
• high-performance welding equipment for welding under protection gas (Argon-CO2).

In the container manufacturing process we use steel materials with an adequate behavior in a environmental temperature between - 30°C and + 75°C. Such materials include, among others, quality mild or corten type steel, pine plywood and special paint, all provided by well known suppliers.
